AI Auto-Describe

Turn brief notes into detailed evidence. Writing long descriptions for every assembly or club can be a burden. With AI Auto-Describe, you simply provide the "seed" information, and the AI does the rest:

  • Dictate or Type: Enter a few short words—for example, "after-school debating session on moral dilemmas"—and the AI generates a polished, academically detailed description.

  • Upload Photos & Documents: You can upload a photo of a display or a PDF of a lesson plan, and the AI will analyse the content to write the description for you automatically.

  • Professional Quality: The result is a well-written, detailed record that sits perfectly within your visual grid.

Normally, staff have to manually read through and select the relevant criteria for each activity. AI Auto-Map removes the guesswork:
